    you are a unique individual, so why treat you as the same as everyone else?

    if you’re a 1:1 client, i like to have a consultation to best work out your goals.

    after the initial consultation, i work on a bespoke programme, tailored specifically to you and the time period that you want, that allows us to unlock the results you are hoping to achieve.

  • flexibility training

    flexibility, especially as we get older, is key in keeping our joints supple and mobile.

    i don’t have a background in dance or gymnastics, and I could never do the splits as a child.

    it’s only been through a consistent practice and my own programme that i have managed to unlock a deeper awareness of my body and trained to achieve a high level of flexibility.

  • yin / mindulfness / restorative

    the constant stress and pressure of modern living can build up without us realising, resulting in burnout.

    one of the ways we can help to manage this stress is by introducing regular mindfulness / meditation into our daily lives.

    however, if you are not used to mediation, or can’t seem to shut off your brain to sit in silence, yin is a great way to start introducing these practices.

    i offer a safe space where you can feel comforted and held in my yin classes, where we hold postures for 3-5 mins to a meditative soundtrack.

  • vinyasa / power / rocket

    power vinyasa is what first got me hooked to yoga.

    i loved the sense of body awareness that i developed through a consistent practice, and found the deep sense of calm that it left me with helped to alleviate my anxiety.

    what’s more, I found that I never enjoyed a workout like a power flow! i was always a HIIT and weights girl, until I realised that the bodyweight strength of yoga and fluid movement combined to give me a killer workout that also delivered mental health benefits.

    my ‘yang’ classes are always sweaty, challenging, fun, and set to banging playlists!
